We Are Not Your Contractor

• Renovize Home does not perform construction, installation, or repair work. We do not manage your project. We provide guidance and connections. The contractor you hire is an independent professional, not an employee or agent of Renovize Home

No Warranties on Contractor Work

• We verify contractor credentials to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee or warrant the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed by contractors you hire. Any agreements, warranties, or disputes related to the work are between you and the contractor

Contractor Independence

• Contractors in the Renovize network are independent businesses. They set their own prices, terms, and schedules. Renovize Home does not control or direct their work

If you experience a problem with a contractor, contact us. We will help where we can, but the contractual relationship is between you and the contractor.

Advisory Calls Are Guidance, Not Guarantees

• Our advisors provide information, analysis, and recommendations based on the details you share and the data available to us. This guidance is not a guarantee of project outcomes, costs, or contractor performance. You are responsible for verifying all information and making your own decisions

• Renobo and other AI tools provide helpful information and analysis. They are not a substitute for professional judgment, licensed advice, or on-site inspection. Always verify AI-generated guidance with qualified professionals before making final decisions

No Professional Licensing

• Renovize Home advisors are not licensed contractors, engineers, architects, or inspectors unless explicitly stated. Our guidance is educational and advisory, not professional design, engineering, or construction services

Local Code and Compliance

• We provide general guidance on industry standards and best practices. You are responsible for ensuring your project complies with all applicable local building codes, permits, and regulations

Advisory Calls Are Free

• Our advisory calls are complimentary. We do not charge homeowners for guidance, contractor matching, or access to our AI tools

Future Paid Services

• If we introduce paid services in the future, pricing and terms will be clearly disclosed before you purchase. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers

No Hidden Fees

• Renovize Home does not charge hidden fees, referral commissions, or markups on contractor quotes. If a contractor pays us a referral fee, we will disclose that relationship. It does not change the independence of our advice

Our Content Belongs to Us

• All content on the Renovize Home website, including text, graphics, logos, tools, and software, is owned by Renovize Home or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission

Your Content Belongs to You

• When you share project details, photos, or other information with us, you retain ownership. By sharing, you grant us a limited license to use that information to provide services to you and improve our tools. We will not share your personal information publicly without your consent

• "Renovize," "Renovize Home," "Renobo," and related marks are trademarks of Renovize Home. You may not use them without permission

We Provide Guidance, Not Guarantees

• Renovize Home provides advisory services and contractor connections to the best of our ability. However, we are not liable for:

• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information we provide

• Actions or omissions of contractors you hire

• Delays, cost overruns, or project outcomes

• Decisions you make based on our guidance

Maximum Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renovize Home's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. For free services, our liability is limited to $100

No Consequential Damages

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or project delays

You Accept Risk

• Home improvement projects involve inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles

Informal Resolution First

Arbitration Agreement

• If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Houston, Texas. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit

• Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or prevent harm

You Can Stop Using Our Services Anytime

• You are free to stop using Renovize Home at any time. No penalties. No obligations

We Can Terminate Access

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion

Effect of Termination

• Upon termination, your right to use our services ends immediately. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, liability limitations, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect
